Shipping Policy

Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within 3 business working days. Deliveries will not occur on Sundays or Bank Holidays. During busy periods we will do our upmost to adhere to the timescales stated. If there is a delay, we will communicate this to you via email.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The courier used is Parcel2GO.com

 Standard Delivery

£5.99 or FREE delivery with orders over £75.00

International Delivery

We currently do not offer overseas shipping. UK Mainland Only

 

Tracking an Order

When we have fulfilled your order and it leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email. You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email with the tracking details when your order is out for dispatch and you will also receive a confirmation SMS/Email when your order has been delivered. Any missing information please report to Tutti Home Customer Support - Hello@Tutti-Home.com

 

Tutti Boxes  

Your order will be sent in a Tutti Home labelled box, the size of which is determined by the quantity of products ordered. Please be aware that for large orders, the contents may be split across multiple boxes and therefore arrive separately.

 

Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via email Tutti Home Customer Support - Hello@Tutti-Home.com because once your order has been dispatched it will no longer be possible to alter address details. Please note that due to the speed some orders are dispatched this may not always be possible.

 

Cancelling or Amending an Order

Once you have placed your order we cannot amend it by adding or subtracting items. We can cancel an order but have a limited window in which to do so prior to its dispatch so please contact Tutti Home Customer Support - Hello@Tutti-Home.com immediately for us to help with this.  Please note that your statutory right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not affected.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Tutti Home Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, your first point of contact to process a claim is the shipment carrier. If you are having issues with the delivery company, please contact Tutti Home Customer Support - Hello@Tutti-Home.com directly and we will help in any way we possibly can. Be sure to save all packaging material and the damaged goods before filing a claim. We advise to take clear photographs of the item(s) in question for evidence of the damage or fault.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope that you love your Tutti Home order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note and completed returns form. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order in which to return for a full refund. Please note, that you must bear the costs of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty or damaged. We will reimburse in full the standard delivery charge as part of your refund. If you prefer to arrange your own return, please contact Tutti Home Customer Support - Hello@Tutti-Home.com   Items which are damaged, used or have not been packaged well may not be refunded. We strongly advise that you repack your items with care and good enough for transit, using all the original packaging. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please note that Tutti Home Ltd cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully. If an item is damaged in transit, we shall contact you and unfortunately will not be able to refund that item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to change your item(s), you will need to return your order for a refund and a new order will be raised.

Receiving Your Refund

We aim to process your return within seven working days of receipt into our warehouse. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund completed. Your refund will be made via your original method of payment. We advise that it may take five to 10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account. We do not process returns or refunds over weekends or bank holidays.
