4. What Data Do We Collect and How Do We Use Your Data?
4.1 We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

4.3 Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis, either because it is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data (e.g. by subscribing to emails), or because it is in our legitimate interests. 5. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
5.1 We only keep your Personal Data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 4, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
5.2 We will only store your data in the UK, however, third party processors we use may store data elsewhere, as set out in section 6.

6. Do We Share Your Data?

13.1 We do not sell or display any underage products however we advise anyone under the age of 16 to ask permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing from our Site. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
